How the Legacy Referral Program Works
When existing customers visit Legacy Auto Clinic, we provide referral cards they can hand out to friends and family members looking for a more transparent and trustworthy auto repair experience.
When a new customer comes in, they can:
- bring the physical referral card
OR - simply provide the referring customer’s valid name and phone number
Even if the physical card is forgotten, we can still honor the referral as long as the referring customer already exists in our system.
Once the referred customer completes their first paid visit, both rewards become active:
- the new customer receives their referral discount
- and the referring customer receives a future referral credit toward their next service
This process helps us continue growing Legacy Auto Clinic through real relationships and trusted recommendations within the community.
